Horrible pizza and pizza rolls! Pizza order was wrong….my bad for not checking when picked up…I told my family sorry about the horrible pizza….they called it “the bad pizza” sad….never again!

Good pizzas, friendly staff. Would be great if the pizzas were ready at scheduled time if it was ordered ahead online. Waited 10 minutes beyond scheduled time after arrived to pick

50 minute wait for a pickup order when their estimate was 12-20 minutes, on a very non-busy night. Only concern of the staff seems to be ignoring their customers.

With the self service tablets everywhere its kinda your on your own when it comes to staff. They will try to help if you ask but mostly self service pizza and drinks. Ok to go to sit with friends and family and some rolls but that's about it.

We walked in there and politely asked if they still had a buffet, he curtly said no more buffet, why don’t you go to Cici’s, then walked away in a huff. Another lady asked if we had another question. “Yes, can we order food and eat here?”. We left. We won’t be back. Didn’t know buffet people were so frowned upon. Now we know. (responding to owner reply: Yes it absolutely did happen next to Firehouse, in the Whole Foods center at 12:10PM on 6/29. I am serial 5-star reviewer. Your staff was rude and dismissive. Not your best day. We went and crushed 3 pizzas at Mandola's!)

Took like 25 mins for 2 pizza rolls and the ice cream pint is like $11 idk if I would go for that again.If I do it’ll Probably be to get my husband the chocolate chip pizza because I feel like that at least is worth itAlso customer service not so friendly, now they have kiosks to pay so even less interactions with customers
Clean, friendly, and delicious pizza! Everyone working treated my son and I with a smile on their face and I loved how clean the location was. The pizza came out super fresh, proportional toppings and absolutely delicious! Another Double Dave's location that I drive to over my closest DD's.Kid-friendliness: My son accidently spilt his water cup, the employees were quick to smile and assure me it was ok, followed by quick mop clean up and "Wet Floor" sign.

The self order kiosk is easy to figure out for selecting your pizza. The large margarita pizza was tasty & I order the next size up next time. Using olive oil instead of tomato sauce lets the tomatoes & basil stand out on the crispy crust. We were there dining for the Mills fund raiser night. My daughter really enjoyed the small arcade room for entertainment.

They can't modify pizza of the monthDill pickle sounds ok, but Dill pickle with Chicken sounds fantastic!Unfortunately they don't need my business enough accommodate these requests...Or at least ring up a side of chicken separately?? Poor training or poor POS system, either way lost a customer
