Dream Events, Lisa and Casear are worth every dime! They did the food for my daughter's wedding two days ago. Lisa and Casear made this a seamless, positive and smooth event which took all the stress off of me as mother of the bride. The food was spectacular! Our guests were asking for seconds and thirds! Lisa was efficient with calling and emailing. I never felt lost or alone in this process. The staff was so amazing, it was like they knew what I needed even before I did! At the end of the night, the staff packaged the remaining food up so neatly and perfectly that again, they made it seamless for us to transition from party to driving home. They made sure I didn't miss anything. I highly recommend them!

We booked Dream Events for catering, table setting, florals, and bartending for our wedding. I give the catering 5 stars, but the florals and bartending just 2 starts each. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the table settings were real china and linens which we loved! We would re-book over and over again for those two things.For the bartending, the drink selection, pricing, and service was good. However, I wish there had been something special like real glassware, custom ice, or custom napkins included. It was just a real basic open bar and the pricing was expensive for what you got. The cocktail options they presented to us sounded better than they actually looked or tasted. But it got the job done, I guess.For the florals, we designed table arrangements, bride's bouquet, and bridesmaid bouquets. We were happy with everything except the bride's bouquet. It photographed pretty, but wasn't at all what I asked for. Besides roses and greenery, I asked for traditional orchids that hang and a loose, round arrangement. What I got was roses and greenery with little teeny tiny "orchids" sticking out all over the bouquet which was shaped in a round, tight arrangement. I was also told that someone would deliver the bride bouquet to me on the wedding day so that I could give feedback and it could be adjusted to my liking. That did not happen. My photographer actually ended up bringing it to me after taking photos of it. So somehow it was intercepted before it got to me. We never saw the people who delivered the florals at all. They were just dropped off and set up with no input from us, which we were told would happen.

UPDATE 8/2/2023 -Just had a link sent to me that this vendor has plastered photos and videos of my mom's wedding on his website. TONS of photos and videos he spent time collecting from social media. This is the creepiest and weirdest thing I have ever seen. I'm speechless. I urge you to please reconsider using this vendor. I've never seen this type of behavior come from someone who was in the WRONG. There is nothing untrue about my review below. We will see what type of legal action can be taken for the photos and videos that were posted on his website without permission. WHAT A NIGHTMARE AND ONE OF THE BIGGEST REGRETS WAS HIRING THIS CREEP!UPDATE 4/4/2023 - PLEASE BEWARE! Cesar has done it again. He has been making fake accounts posing as my mother and other family members with the name Limon and leaving himself 5 star reviews trying to negate everything we have said about what he did to this wedding! He has posted photos of my mother without her permission that he stole from stalking her social media months after the wedding - CREEPY!!! And he's denying the facts that happened at the wedding that were witnessed by several people!This is nuts. Never have I seen someone do something so weird and creepy to get his reviews up after his major screw up! I'm baffled at the lengths this guy will go MONTHS after the event when he was so clearly in the wrong. Please avoid this company and his unethical behaviors so you don't have to experience this craziness. We have reported him and his company.Aside from the absolute lack of professionalism from Cesar as I watched him lose it and rip apart a bridesmaid bouquet and then walk around talking to himself saying he knew he messed up he knew he ruined the day - the food was cold, chicken was dry, steak was undercooked - cold, chewy and rare, the butter made for the steak didn't even melt because the food was so cold. He came up with the estimates for liquor needed for 200 guests and then did not even bring enough mixers. The signature drinks ran out in less than 2 hours. So the bar staff served everyone incredibly strong drinks due to their lack of preparation. This was a major issue for guest safety. In addition to these problems, the incorrect flowers were ordered, complete opposite of what the bride and groom requested. Instead of white and blush, there were tons of red, purple and hot pink. Also the flowers that were used looked like they had been sitting for days. They were wilted, browning and dying. There were even browning dying flowers in the bride's bouquet!!! The frustration, disappointment and added stress caused by this company is just unforgivable. If you want a smooth day without stress, and want to put trust in a company to deliver your special day the way you want and seamlessly, THEN DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. By far worst experience!!! Also forgot to mention he said at the time of his meltdown when he destroyed the bridesmaid bouquet he knew he would have to give a discount because of the situation in addition to the discount he was going to give for ordering the wrong flowers, he now no longer wants to provide that and is instead stalking the bride on instagram and arguing with her over email. What great customer service!!Updating to add the boutonnières for the groomsmen we're tiny and half dead, the groom's flower completely broke off shortly after pinning it on, they made 1 less bouquet than what was ordered and had to piece one together with random flowers. Also the venue does not allow shots and Cesar assured no shots would be provided as they didn't want to lose their contract with the venue, but they were serving shots all night.

Absolutely stunning!We chose Dream Events to do the florals for our wedding and we were 110% satisfied with the service and flowers we received. We had several video calls with Caesar to help bring our vision to life. In each video call, he knew exactly what to ask and was very knowledgeable about specific florals. Our vision shifted several times and Caesar was very patient with us and happy to make changes so we could get exactly what we wanted. We did our mock-up with Sergio and he was so sweet and did a great job helping us design our centerpieces.The pricing is upfront and very fairly priced. They provided an organized contract with photos of exactly what your florals will look like and how much each arrangement will cost so there are no surprises. We never even saw the florists the day of the wedding, everything was just magically set up perfectly before the ceremony and reception. The photos speak for themselves. If you want your dream florals without breaking the bank, I would highly recommend Dream Events.

We were looking for food options that were classic but something that you wouldn't order at a restaurant to give our guests a great experience with some comfort food. We had our tasting and were a fan of the Cornish game hen (my aunt is still sad there wasn't the rosemary cream sauce leftover) and the braised beef. For the sides, we chose rainbow carrots (which guests wiped out they were so good!) and a salad with mashed potatoes. We loved the mac and cheese so much that we asked Dream to create it into a shooter style for our guests to go with the appetizers for cocktail hour. Our guests loved the food and we still got compliments on how well it was all put together. We were served a private dinner at our venue and the food was hot and delicious. The staff kept the venue clean and bussed tables as the night went on. They worked with the coordinator to break it down. We held our reception at our church parish hall. The following day, the church was hosting a fellowship brunch after Sunday service and the ladies that went to help set up and cook found the kitchen cleaner than they had ever seen it. Dream didn't cook on site but used the counters, fridge, and prep area and yet took the time to clean it better than they found it! Florals - turned out beautiful they met with us a few times to run through colors and options. Florals were not my biggest vision - I just knew I wanted them to flow. The altarpiece was a little off-color-wise compared to my bouquet - but looked beautiful. Sergio set up on-site and had a few hurdles to jump through with the church liaison so I won't reduce my review because of that. The bouquet was so beautiful I cried when I saw it. My bridesmaids had a ribbon tied around theirs that coordinated with the groomsmen's accent colors. They really listened to that and worked with what florals were in season. I didn't want my flowers dyed to match. We received a lot of compliments on the flowers as well. I asked Dream to include some willow and pheasant feathers which gave a whimsical vibe and really added some unique texture to our tables. Dream handled my family heirlooms for our wedding well. Sergio even took the time to help me with my mom's bouquet from the 80s that had wax flowers and pearl beads to give it a refresh for my bridal portraits. The colors turned out lovely in the photos and looked so real! On the day of our wedding, my mom shared that she would be bringing my dad's boutonniere from their wedding that had matching pearl beads to incorporate into his boutonniere for my wedding. He created the boutonniere on site for him and it turned out lovely and was a special detail included on our wedding day. Overall I would hire them again for any event. Pricing was fair and competitive, and policies were also reasonable with regard to leftovers, serving of vendor meals, and cake. They really worked within our budget and came up with options and were open to ideas to help bring our vision to life. They visited our church and venue for a walk-through before our big day and really got to understand the space and were excited to share some cool visions and ideas with us. Dream Events came highly recommended by our planner, and when we had our food trials they outdid themselves. Caesar was so kind and hilarious, and Lisa was responsive and organized. That did not translate to the day of our wedding. A boutonnière went missing, my cake flowers were gone (our cake looked naked and lame), and toward the end of our night at around 10PM their staff gave my mother and aunt boxes to begin clean up. Clean up was to begin at 11PM, and our planner was hired to do that. My mother and aunt cleaned up, items were lost, people were furious, and I was pulled out of the celebration to fix all of it. By the time I managed to react the damage had been done. the staff tried to blame my family who were rightfully outraged. Why did they not go to my planner instead? Why create a timeline if a vendor is going to ignore it? Caesar was extremely professional and refunded me the errors in florals, as for the ruining of the night nothing can be done there. All in all there was total miscommunication. I can't just give them one star since they did work really hard leading up to our big day, but it is difficult for me to recommend them.

Okay this is getting creepy, Ceaser Andreas has repeatedly drunk texted and emailed my mother (the bride) pictures from her wedding he took from her instagram sharing with her how good she looked. He single handedly destroyed her wedding with both the god awful catering, and the HORRIBLE flower arrangements. Ceaser Andreas is not capable to give you the trust needed for your special day. Our event was 3 MONTHS ago and he is continuing to stalk and harass us. Creating false accounts in our family members names in order to contradict our original review. This is getting desperate and sad. Pathetic more so. IF your business was thriving so well why are you still thinking of our event. We have the many emails, photos, texts for the proof to this disgusting behavior.Please do not do business with this man child who calls him self an owner. You destroyed bouquets, centerpieces, served MINORS (Severed is an understatement) we had MINORS having to Uber home after getting sick for the amount they were over served. Parents are looking to press charges, now he is continuing this harassment after we have severed all communication with him. Serving cold food, Dead flower arrangements, and assaulting bridesmaids, thats only a sliver of the damage he has costed to us. Refuses to have any meeting but is continuing to make fake accounts. Please be aware for the type of business and work ethic this company comes with. With the way this is continuing legal action will be taken. We signed up for a caterer and florist and received a temperamental stalker instead. Please be aware of what you are getting yourselves into when choosing this business and owner.

They visited our church and venue for a walk-through before our big day and really got to understand the space and were excited to share some cool visions and ideas with us. Even doing a table mock-up with the linens (which they handled and I'm so grateful for!). I can't say enough good things about this team and really can't wait to have another party so I can hire them and eat some amazing food!

Dream Events beautifully handled our florals and food for our wedding. We enjoyed working with Caesar, Lisa, and Sergio for our wedding. We were looking for food options that were classic but something that you wouldn't order at a restaurant to give our guests a great experience with some comfort food. We had our tasting and were a fan of the Cornish game hen (my aunt is still sad there wasn't the rosemary cream sauce leftover) and the braised beef. For the sides, we chose rainbow carrots (which guests wiped out they were so good!) and a salad with mashed potatoes. We loved the mac and cheese so much that we asked Dream to create it into a shooter style for our guests to go with the appetizers for cocktail hour. Our guests loved the food and we still got compliments on how well it was all put together. We were served a private dinner at our venue and the food was hot and delicious. The staff kept the venue clean and bussed tables as the night went on. They worked with the coordinator to break it down. We held our reception at our church parish hall. The following day, the church was hosting a fellowship brunch after Sunday service and the ladies that went to help set up and cook found the kitchen cleaner than they had ever seen it. Dream didn't cook on site but used the counters, fridge, and prep area and yet took the time to clean it better than they found it!Florals - turned out beautiful they met with us a few times to run through colors and options. Florals were not my biggest vision - I just knew I wanted them to flow. The altarpiece was a little off-color-wise compared to my bouquet - but looked beautiful. Sergio set up on-site and had a few hurdles to jump through with the church liaison so I won't reduce my review because of that. The bouquet was so beautiful I cried when I saw it. My bridesmaids had a ribbon tied around theirs that coordinated with the groomsmen's accent colors. They really listened to that and worked with what florals were in season. I didn't want my flowers dyed to match. We received a lot of compliments on the flowers as well. I asked Dream to include some willow and pheasant feathers which gave a whimsical vibe and really added some unique texture to our tables. Dream handled my family heirlooms for our wedding well. Sergio even took the time to help me with my mom's bouquet from the 80s that had wax flowers and pearl beads to give it a refresh for my bridal portraits. The colors turned out lovely in the photos and looked so real! On the day of our wedding, my mom shared that she would be bringing my dad's boutonniere from their wedding that had matching pearl beads to incorporate into his boutonniere for my wedding. He created the boutonniere on site for him and it turned out lovely and was a special detail included on our wedding day.Overall I would hire them again for any event. Pricing was fair and competitive, and policies were also reasonable with regard to leftovers, serving of vendor meals, and cake. They really worked within our budget and came up with options and were open to ideas to help bring our vision to life. Dream Events came highly recommended by our planner, and when we had our food trials they outdid themselves. Caesar was so kind and hilarious, and Lisa was responsive and organized. That did not translate to the day of our wedding. A boutonnière went missing, my cake flowers were gone (our cake looked naked and lame), and toward the end of our night at around 10PM their staff gave my mother and aunt boxes to begin clean up. Clean up was to begin at 11PM, and our planner was hired to do that. My mother and aunt cleaned up, items were lost, people were furious, and I was pulled out of the celebration to fix all of it. By the time I managed to react the damage had been done. the staff tried to blame my family who were rightfully outraged. Why did they not go to my planner instead? Why create a timeline if a vendor is going to ignore it? Caesar was extremely professional and refunded me the errors in florals, as for the ruining of the night nothing can be done there. All in all there was total miscommunication. I can't just give them one star since they did work really hard leading up to our big day, but it is difficult for me to recommend them.
I wish I could give negative stars. Highly unprofessional. Even makes up his own reviews and steals people's FB photos. Save yourself a lot of money and headaches. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
Food was cold and dry. Very disappointed with the service we received. Even worse was how little concern they showed after the event. You had our money so why care? Never seen such behavior from a business owner.
Okay this is getting creepy, Ceaser Andreas has repeatedly drunk texted and emailed my mother (the bride) pictures from her wedding he took from her instagram sharing with her how good she looked. He single handedly destroyed her wedding with both the god awful catering, and the HORRIBLE flower arrangements. Ceaser Andreas is not capable to give you the trust needed for your special day. Our event was 3 MONTHS ago and he is continuing to stalk and harass us. Creating false accounts in our family members names in order to contradict our original review. This is getting desperate and sad. Pathetic more so. IF your business was thriving so well why are you still thinking of our event. We have the many emails, photos, texts for the proof to this disgusting behavior.Please do not do business with this man child who calls him self an owner. You destroyed bouquets, centerpieces, served MINORS (Severed is an understatement) we had MINORS having to Uber home after getting sick for the amount they were over served. Parents are looking to press charges, now he is continuing this harassment after we have severed all communication with him. Serving cold food, Dead flower arrangements, and assaulting bridesmaids, thats only a sliver of the damage he has costed to us. Refuses to have any meeting but is continuing to make fake accounts. Please be aware for the type of business and work ethic this company comes with. With the way this is continuing legal action will be taken. We signed up for a caterer and florist and received a temperamental stalker instead. Please be aware of what you are getting yourselves into when choosing this business and owner.
