I wish Wolf and Wheat were open more days!!!You NEED to get the buckwheat brownie. I have never had a brownie that good in my entire life. Buckwheat gives it such a pleasant texture. It’s rich; I would be satisfied with half a brownie.The butter brioche cookie was another winner. Hard not to just eat it in two bites.They also have a third cookie that rotates. Sourdough is legit. Super soft inside with semi hard crust. I can eat it for days. I also tried the ice cream sandwich with the sugar cookies. Sugar cookies stole the show. The workers here are super cool as well. I’ll be picking up more sourdough when I am in town.
Loved the almond buckwheat brownie! Need to come back and try more items like their ice cream and they had a case of different desserts like tiramisu. The staff was very friendly and helped me pick out items to try.
