This spot is a solid three and a half stars. I like that they only have one option for burgers, but if you're only going to have one choice for a burger, they better have every component be the best. I give the meat a 10/10, the cheese is American cheese (3/10), and the onions need to be caramelized (3/10). Lastly, they need to work on that bun. I don't want to grade the bun, but go give them a try, and I hope to be back in six months for the be-all burger.
Wagyu smash burger is great, but the twice-cooked fries put the meal over the top. The combo makes it a top 5 burger in Austin.Get one regular order and one beast mode and share with friends.

I was pretty excited to try out NADC Burger's Kobe burgers, especially with all the hype surrounding them. I have to admit, they didn't disappoint in terms of flavor.
