Great whiskey selection but somehow the bar has no whiskey glassware if you like to drink your whiskey neat. They could really use some Glencairn’s or nice snifters. The bar has $1000 pours of whiskey and they throw it in a basic rocks glass.

I don’t know why it’s taken me this long to review Dumont’s. I recommend it to all anyone looking for an amazing cocktail and wonderful service. The staff is top notch and the drinks are AMAZING. If you’re looking for a wonderful staple of Austin, Texas, Dumont’s is it. Everyone who works here produces delicious cocktails and personalizes the experience.
