we had a great meal with fine service at Eberly a month ago. Tonite the food was mediocre and the service was awful: inattentive, impersonal, forgetful. We ordered the same dishes we ordered in June, but they were heavily over spiced this time.

The ambiance is fantastic. The old world touches made it feel like you were in some old San Francisco historic building. We sat at the bar because that is all that was left, but I feel like if a restaurant is going to offer bar seating for your meals, they should have more comfortable stools with backs. They currently have just a round, wooden and small seat with no back. Our service provider was behind the bar and very friendly and attentive. The menu is small, but has some great dishes listed. We had the cesar salad with crab cake and the spaghettini with lobster. Both were great. We also got a side of the zucchini, which we did not enjoy, and the Japanese bread rolls, which were good. We opted for cocktails, which were good, but also wanted to check out the other bar at the back. We thought those drinks were great too! Also, the complementary valet is a must. There are really no other options for parking.

As always, the menu offerings were wide-ranging and very tasty. We had an issue with our scallops (found small hard substance) and our waiter, James, immediately sent over manager, Katherine. She addressed it quickly and fairly. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the care for our experience. Kudos to their professionalism and quality control.

The food was AMAZING. Ordered rosemary lemonade, the half chicken, and creme brulee for myself and wouldn't do anything different upon going again. It was all so delicious. Our server was very sweet. When I had originally ordered my drink, they didn't have the grenadine for what I wanted. The server made the suggestion of the rosemary lemonade I ended up with and I loved it so much!! On top of that, the atmosphere was lovely, and the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. The date went very well too. :)

My daughter chose Eberly for her birthday dinner, the food was amazing...you could definitely tell this was a farm to table high end restaurant. Everything was made to order to perfection!! Highly recommend!! And our server Matt was fantastic!! Thank you Eberly!!

Didnt seat us at a table. Took a while to get the bartenders attention. Stool was unconfortable. And just overpriced. 40 bucks for a shortrib that wasnt even the full rib. I personally would not go back.

Eberly has a great vibe and ambiance. This evening we sat at their gorgeous, historical bar. The crab cake was phenomenal. The burrata was wonderful! The burger quite good. But alas, the fish and chips and fries were very over salted. This from one who is a salt fan. And the fish are in strips instead of a nice cod filet. I grew up in New England and have a bit of a high bar on fish and chips. These fall short. (That said, the batter on the fish was actually nice.) I say, same batter, a nice filet or two of the cod and moderate the salt and we will be back for them again. Meanwhile, the crab cake with the parsley aioli is to heavenly.

This was an AMAZING experience!! My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they made it extra special for us! We had a personalized card with staff signatures and a few waiters/waitresses told us congratulations!! We booked at the bar due to no open reservations for tables but the team sat us at a table instead!!! We were BEYOND impressed!!
