I recently stopped by Einstein Bros. Bagels, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my visit. While their classic bagels are always solid, this time I had the chance to try their seasonal Oktoberfest Egg Sandwich, and it was absolutely amazing.

What stood out the most was the Beer Cheese Shmear — creamy, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgence.
