CAVA is a welcoming eatery with kind staff who prioritize customer satisfaction. Despite occasional setbacks, they go above and beyond to rectify issues. The atmosphere is inviting, even on rainy days. The menu can be overwhelming, but knowledgeable staff are happy to guide customers through their options. Many employees, like Harvey, Tito, and Lina, provide outstanding service and help with every question. The food is highly praised, with favorites like the Falafel Crunch Bowl, which is flavorful, filling, and offers a variety of vegetables and toppings. All dips and sauces are clearly marked for vegan options, and staff can answer questions about ingredients.
