Potbelly is my favorite sandwich place. Regardless of my mood, I always try to make it in for a sandwich. My very favorite is the Italian. Even making this review is making me crave a sandwich. I will say the staff is fantastic. I have severe Autism , but I have never had an issue with them being mean. I usually don't like absolute statements, but I have zero complaints
Really fast, fresh sandwiches. Ordered the potato soup. Creamy fabulous taste. Ordered the Mediterranean sandwich. Heavenly. Grilled chicken, artichokes, rec peppers, cucumbers. So crisp and fresh and chicken was tender. Friendly helpful staff. Good fast service

Love the Potbelly sandwich! Been a big fan of it for a while. Was walking around the UT campus in the morning and noticed this place on Guadalupe. Great ambiance with a lot of seating in this place.
