I have been going to Einstein Bagel in Hutto, TX since they opened, and I would like to shout out to Angel for always greeting me with a smile and remembering my name. Great customer service, the place is always nice and clean. And of course, I'll be coming back.

They just let someone walk away with my online order that I placed and had the nerve to tell me that I had the wrong location when I was at the correct one. Other workers had to tell the worker that this was the correct location. Had it remade was quick to fix it, but very annoyed that there are not enough safety protocols when it comes to online orders.

Always a provides a solid breakfast sandwich before class or an exam. During busy times orders can get backed up, but I always order ahead (and get free drip coffee for doing so). Highly recommend this location. The food has always been great for how convenient it is.
