I love frequenting this place as a UT student and always love what I get here. Girl working the register is really polite and fast, guy who was working in the back who I really hope is not the manager was being incredibly rude and condescending to her, as well as really aggressively slamming around on the POS system with her standing right there, speaking rudely enough to her that she started to apologize to me. Apart from this one guy who apparently has zero patience or empathy...
