I wish I could give them no stars. We walked in to place an order and patiently waited for 15 minutes watching people cycle through the drive thru and come in to pickup mobile orders. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting we asked for an update only to be told they hadn’t even started on our order. In what world does it make sense to prioritize everything but the customer standing in front of you??? We will never go back again.

This location of Einstein bros bagel chain has friendly staffs. Bagel is good. The dozen box offer true value. Cream cheese is good but it is on the softer side. Personally I like the Kraft style cream cheese more.

I had the nova lox bagel at Einstein Bros. Bagels and it was absolutely delicious. It was generously stuffed and felt like a really great deal for what I got. The flavors were spot on and everything tasted super fresh.
The staff were also really kind and patient while I took my time deciding what to order. It made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a solid breakfast or quick bite.
