Visiting the area and our first visit to Einstein. Chloe was so helpful, cheerful, and great with upselling! Her energy is truly infectious. You have an asset with this young lady! Excellent service all around. Thank you!

This is a solid, reliable stop for me to grab something quickly on the way to work. Wish there was a drive-through here though.

Over time, I’ve noticed the menu steadily improving, with more variety and better choices than before, which I appreciate. It feels like they’re trying to refine the offerings while keeping things efficient. I also like that they have espresso-based drink options, which makes it more of a complete breakfast stop rather than just a bagel run.

That said, you can taste that this is a mass-prepared, large-scale operation, and the food doesn’t always feel as authentic or handcrafted as a small local bagel shop. But that’s clearly the trade-off for speed, consistency, and scale—and for what it’s trying to be, it does a decent job.

Overall, this location earns a solid 4 stars: convenient, improving menu, dependable coffee options, and a good choice when efficiency matters more than artisanal perfection.

Walked inside and was barely greeted once they saw that I was a DoorDash driver Which shouldn’t be the case Since I’m going to be on the road, I want to grab some breakfast real quick. I walked up to the register to order another gentleman walked up right before me and was greeted and asked what he wanted. But he needed a minute to think about what he wanted So I stood there and waited and nothing happened while Two employees are right in front of me clearly know that I’m there Ready to order, but they continue to just wipe shelves down The whole experience took five minutes for me to just walk out And before I did, the guy that was right before me looked at me to say go ahead, but I walked away I got a delivery to take, and I’m not going to continue to wait when I could’ve been helped immediatel. He acknowledged that I was waiting. And I see why it’s completely dead in there And that should be another reason Why your urgency and customer service should be top-notch

I enjoy going to this Einstein's because of the friendly faces. Also, they toast the bagels just right.

Edit: For the past 6 months, as part of my daily routine, I went to this Einstein's. This was previously a 5 star review. Had you asked me several days ago from the time of this edit, I would have recommended this location wholeheartedly. While I cannot deny that the food is still good, the staff did not handle an incident that occurred the morning of 12/30/2025 to any level of satisfaction. A young man chose to continually harass me while I was enjoying my morning bagel and when brought to their attention, they did not do anything to help. I am saddened and angered by this. While I am sure you can rely on them for good food, do not rely on them to maintain decorum. I recommend grabbing your bagels elsewhere.

First time trying, found through Google search. We were heading to our usual breakfast place we know but missed our exit, and it was conveniently off the freeway. I truly think it was meant to be, and my family and I were not disappointed. My picky kids both said, “This is so good.” Definitely a place to save in our travel book for next time.
