Einstein Bros. Bagels

Always super tasty. Today they got my order wrong but when I told them they quickly and kindly replaced it. The folks working here are nice and make the place feel lively and safe.. definitely coming back!!

Check your order before you leave. The last three times I picked up, I was missing something. Entire Nova Lox sandwich, hash brown, muffin. With 6 people behind the counter and 1 only other customer, you would think they might double check orders.

I’m a big man with a big appetite. If you don’t get full from their Bagelrito, and completely satisfied with the quality of food you’re getting. Nothing will make you happy. This place is awesome!

I placed a catering order that's now an hour late and there's no way to get in contact with the company about it. I've been calling the store for 30 minutes with no answer and the catering confirmation email directs me to a third party support email, which emailing has not given me the immediate answer I need in this scenario. Having a catering order not show up for a client meeting is a bad experience and I will not order Einstein's again for catering. Order number for reference if anyone does see this (Order No: 5109001).

Update: They answered the phone after an hour of me waiting on the line! Third party catering company never sent them my order so alas, we are without catering despite the Oder Confirmation I received last week. Confirmed dates/times were correct. I do not recommend ordering catering here.

Ordered 3 bagels with nothing else, nothing toasted, and I waited almost 30 minutes for them! Ridiculous. Will never come to this location again--ever. The back of the counter floor was filthy and open for all patrons to see. The servers were unkept. They mixed up 2 people's orders before me. When I finally got my bag and got in my car, I opened it to find that they hadn't even warmed them or cut them in half. They literally took them out of the glass counter and put them in a bag. That could've taken less than a minute. I hardly ever give bad reviews, but this one was warranted. This isn't a post-Covid problem; it's a poor management issue. Definitely didn't meet the normal Einstein's franchise expectations or experience. (Won't post photos. No need to point out people like that and be mean.) Time to step it up!

Lox bagel was great but those hash browns- wow. Definitely get the Nova Lox Brunch Special. Look forward to trying more items.

Bagels okay, coffee old, inside was dirty with napkins and straws everywhere. I will say, I can tell the staff was overwhelmed with all the customer and tried to be as helpful as possible but I will never return to this location again. I hate to give a negative review because we usually love Einstein but this was a fail.

Don’t mobile order. After asking if my order was ready after ordering 15 minutes ago was told no still waiting on it. So I went and sat down to wait. Another 20 minutes later still waiting finally went up to someone just standing there and asked for my order and it’s the same bag that’s been sitting on the counter since I’ve arrived
