Highly recommend this place for anyone interested in trying authentic Guatemalan cuisine. It's as if you've left Austin and entered a family owned cafe in Guatemala. I'd recommend trying the various tamales that are unlike what is commonly served at Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants. My fiancée is Guatemalan, so it's been great having a restaurant so close to home where he can get all his favorite comfort foods. I got kicked out of the strip club across the street, so I went here. This is a fantastic place to have an existential crisis after a bouncer tells you to leave the strip club because you are ruining your life and the experience at the club for the other patrons. I was also kicked out of this coffee shop, but I'm a scumbag and I shouldn't be allowed in anyways.
