I had an al pastor plate as recommend by the barbershop in the same spot. Wow! Beautiful, delicious, fresh, and tons of food. Almost too much to eat.
My only complaint for dinning in was the plastic cutlery was too weak. Great spot for take out too. It’s a good truck if that was t clear. The atmosphere isn’t amazing but the food takes you away.
Totally recommend.

Delicious, excellent quality, homemade food. Came here across the street from Whip In because their kitchen was closed and this food truck was the closest highly rated food option. We tried the empanadas, carne asada, caldo de gallina, and combo 2 (fried chicken). We had never had Guatemalan food before, so this was a stellar introduction. I assume it’s quite authentic bc there were chicken feet in the amazingly flavorful caldo, which was a pleasant surprise for me because I eat chicken feet at dim sum all of the time! Good sized portions w/ plenty of tasty sides and accoutrements (salsa, jalapeños and onions, rice, beans, tortillas, mac salad). The service was fast and friendly. Cash only or they also took Zelle. Highly recommend. We will be returning for takeout again in the future. And definitely get the empanadas. ?
