Staff there have always proven very knowledgeable of the menu, very professional without feeling stiff, food and drinks are all exceptional. A little pricey but I'm not complaining, the quality is there. Look forward to my next experience there.
Make a reservation! We went during Happy Hour on a Saturday and were so happy about it. From the Signature Drinks to the chips/salsa (Waiter: Would you like 4 corn tortillas to start? Me: No no that's way too many. Waiter: We fry them and serve with salsa. Me: Oh yes, ok, I'll take those.) The Ceviche was Japanese Sea Bass, my husband inhaled it. This place should have a James Beard award. Absolutely outstanding. Service was excellent. Atmosphere is very contemporary and beautiful. And the food, everything was SO delicious. That fish taco was maybe own of the best Baja style fish tacos of my life, and I have eaten fish tacos and dozens and dozens of restaurants across the US. The fish was so light, perfectly cooked, and delicious. I'll dream about that taco for a long time. The salsas were outstanding. And the ceviche...
