I placed an order today online pick-up and the app said it would be ready at 5:05 pm. The guy that worked today with shaggy hair and glasses was extremely rude and told me that my order had an additional 10 min wait. I left because I work in the same shopping center and came back. He had another attitude when giving me order finally. Every time I come in especially in the afternoon, he doesn’t look happy to be working there and his customer service skills have always been poor. I won’t be back. Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s is way better.

Staff wouldn’t honor their “name of the day” promotion bc the other person wasn’t with me in person (due to being at home sick with covid). I brought in their ID and offered to call them over the phone to confirm but Manager and cashier were both rude about it. Want a good sandwich and good service? skip this place and go to Jersey Mikes across the street instead. No gimmicks needed.

I love the product these guys sell and the idea that they help local fire departments with donations and well deserved recognition is an awesome platform to build upon. They have always been a bit pricier than some other options but when compared dollar for dollar you truly get what you pay for. Great food from high quality ingredients made to order is the name of their game and they always deliver. Not super fast but on par with other spots nearby so its always a good choice.

That was the soggiest bread I've ever seen on a sub. Wow. The whole bottom bread was mush. I'm really disappointed about it because my daughter and I try new sub places as our special outing! The inside of the restaurant was really cool though! That is the reason for any stars. Service was slow also, one guy waited over 30 minutes for one sub. I wouldn't recommend this location. Oh, it was pretty clean for a fast food place!

I like firehouse - their sandwiches are consistent from location to location, and their staff is friendly (at this location especially). I am a firehouse rewards member which has earned me some free items & subs over the years. They usually do a survey on the receipts so you can get a free chip or drink next time you visit. Also, they had a big one combo get one sandwich free deal for Labor Day, so it was worth the trip today (in store only for this deal).My favorite is the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich - simple with cheese mayo and BBQ sauce. Goes great with some Miss Vickie's chips. Also, their drinks are all the same price so you can get a large drink combo for the same price of a small. The sandwiches come out hot and delicious.Only knock is that sometimes with ordering there are mix ups in what is ordered. Most recently we ordered one sandwich on white and one on wheat and the one that was supposed to be wheat (with some other modifications) came out incorrect. Didn't notice until we got home from carrying out.

Dude, I've been going to firehouse for nearly a decade. I just picked up the same order I get everytime, the Hero, and there is literally 3 slices of meat. It taste bad. I just ordered from here yesterday and it was amazing as usual. To whomever made my sandwich tonight, do better. I hope you have a better night than my stomach.
I had the limited time pepperoni meatball sub on garlic bread. It was amazing! Hot! Delicious! Custom service was on point as well and I love the support each employee shows one another!!

I love Firehouse Subs. My favorites are the New York Steamer and the Beef Sub. We stopped here on our second day for some grub. I ordered 2 different sandwiches. Drinks and chips. Sure better than Subway, But a bit more on the pricey side. But you cant go wrong with the delicious meat and cheese and bell peppers. Customer service was good here. Im down to returning back again.

I had never tried a sub at Firehouse before. I happened to be next to it in a shopping area, decided to try their subs. Very delicious and I donated to first responders. I tried just one of their subs, steak and cheese, very good. It's a clean place, wonderful and helpful staff, definitely plan to go back and try more of their subs.Kid-friendliness: I didn't have any grand kids with me, and when I was in there I didn't see any customers with kids, but, it looks kid friendly to me.Parking: It's in a shopping area with other stores, so lots of parking to choose from.
