I don’t understand the awful reviews here, this isn’t bad for airport food. I got the classic sandwich spicy and it came with fries. I recommend paying extra for ranch because it’s super tasty to complement with the fries. Also, the cashier shared that the fries do not come salted so grab one of the packets (and black pepper) - it made the fries taste fresh and flavorful. The bun could use improvement but overall it’s standard airport food for the standard airport price.
Flyrite is an Austin chain of chicken sandwich shops. The chicken is good but many of the sandwiches that are spicy are too spicy for me so I stick with just the original chicken sandwich. But if you like spicy, I think the spicy ones would be good and certainly more flavorful.
I don't understand the negative reviews. You're always going to pay a little more in an airport, but at least this was great VALUE for money. I got the combo with the standard chicken. The sandwich, the tots, and the lemonade were all excellent.
