Saw two roaches can’t got back

I love Freebirds and usually have no complaints but whoever helped me basically gave me ranch with a side of burrito. It’s almost a soup and made my burrito soggy.

Picked up my order earlier today, and not only was the meal light on all the ingredients, but they completely left out the Freebirds Chicken.

All of my food was bland. Chips were stale. There was no ice and the soda was flat.

Meat was not fully cooked. Staff was extremely slow and unaware of their environment. By the time the last person got their food in our party, the others had been done eating for 10 minutes.

Aside from being emotionally blackmailed by one of their black employees, the nachos and queso are definitely on my foodie to-do list. Definitely recommend free birds to anyone. The general atmosphere before the injustice was exuberant and light hearted.

I’m born and raised from Austin, I used to love freebirds.. cool foil sculptures all over, atmosphere was great.. but now it seems like a careless wasteland with terrible everything.

I don’t hate anyone for trying but when it comes to making my food I expect them to be somewhat trained.

Also you used a sharpie on the foil and poked through it and put sharpie on my pregnant fiancés burrito. Not really trying to feed them sharpie..

Terrible taste (not just saying that cause I’m pissed, I’d acknowledge it if it was tasting good.. but the rice wasn’t properly cooked, and also there was no lettuce..)

I am going to just be going to Cabo bobs from now on!

Noooooooope. I had Freebirds one other time in my life when I was like 12 & i didnt like it. Cabo Bob’s was closed so we swung by here & it still wasnt it.

I felt bad for the 2 people working there, although there was no line & only like 3 other people eating there.

I avoided the toppings that looked like they had been sitting there since opening. The queso sizing for the price was laughable. Quality also nonexistent. The place was empty yet extremely dirty. Trash full on the inside & outside. If i would have noticed that first i would’ve just left.

Also if you order catering this location refuses to wrap the beans so beware if you’re a driver or you’ll get bean juice in your car.

Dirty, employees are slow, a number of food items not available. I watched the guy half scoop my chicken. There was only half a serving of white chicken left and he tried to call it a full scoop.

I went here instead of chipotle specifically for white chicken. Bought 4 servings and got less chicken than a single serving at Chipotle.

Super disappointed

They give the staff a mini spoon for protein, to get a normal portion of protein you will have to has for extra which is $5 so it will end up being $20 for a bowl that you can get in chipotle or anywhere else for $15 and even more protein. Tasted really good but really got angry for them just doing a sprinkle of meet instead of a normal portion

I love me some FreeBirds, specially from this location. I work not too far which is convinient healthy choice for lunch. I wish parking would be better but that's the only con a out this spot
