One of the best 24 hour coffee shops I’ve ever been to, inside and outside of Austin! The owners, Steve and Stephanie, are amazing people!
Eberley made the absolute best Iced Bennu with pecan flavor. I asked her what the most popular iced coffee is and voila. WOW. I am making this my new meeting spot with friends - your 2001 East MLK location. Stay great and see you all soon! PS: I am a coffee snob and when I tell you this iced coffee was amazing, well, it was (smile). Great way to kickstart the day.

The ambience is conducive to working remotely, with comfortable seating and reliable Wi-Fi. This is a classic old-school coffee shop with a dated yet appropriate vibe for a 24-hour caffeine stop. Menu favorites include the honey almond latte, Oliver Twist, and a whole menu of mochas named for books. The honey cream latte is a refreshing choice, especially on hot days.
Calm environment, though seats can be hard to find among students and remote workers. Friendly baristas often make suggestions, and the parking is plentiful near downtown. Vegan options are available, and the lattes are consistently good. While most experiences are positive, some interactions with staff can be unexpectedly tense. Despite this, Bennu remains a nice place to get your java on, whether meeting friends or working remotely.
