I ordered the quiche Lorraine. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The leeks were tender and flavorful. The bacon was mild and complimented the subtleties of both the eggs and the leeks. I appreciate that my quiche didn't seem to be prepared in advance as it was a little bit of time before the server brought it to my table. No, it wasn't forever. It was an appropriate amount of time for a fine, handcrafted, fresh entrée.

Been going to Galaxy since it opened. Great menu, attention to quality ingredients and many GF options. Hey prep their GF food in a sperate area and ahave a dedicated fryer to prevent cross contamination. Great spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I have been to Galaxy cafe a number of times and really like the food. But during my last trip, two things happened that eclipsed their tasty food: 1) a cricket jumped onto my leg, 2) only hand sanitizer came out of the soap dispenser in the bathroom. When I brought these two things to the attention of a server, she tried to make it seem like the substance was just soap that had the consistency of hand sanitizer (even though it didn’t lather and smelled like straight alcohol). When I told her about the cricket, she said “yeah, we have lots of them…” Both responses were concerning to me. Bummed because prior to this, we had really enjoyed our experience here.

Was pleasantly surprised how delicious this place is! It’s casual, order at the counter and grab a seat. The seared tuna salad was delicious and fresh! Kid friendly and dog friendly if you eat outside.

The restaurant has booth/chair seats and table seats. Coffee, tea and drink station. Food is served to your table! Yummy, yummy fresh cooked to order breakfast plates! Everything was so delicious and was a delight to sit and enjoy coffee, mimosas, and tea! Plenty parking and they keep this place clean! As soon as people walk out, they are cleaning up, I like that! Staff is friendly and great ambiance they have created here! ??
