Love this restaurant and love the people there. They always make me feel welcome.My favorites are the Salisbury steak, friend chicken, fried catfish, meatloaf, smothered pork chops, baked chicken…wait a minute. That’s almost every main dish they make. Well, I guess it’s all great food. :-)
I stopped by on Friday and got the Salisbury steak…. Oh my good lord. It’s incredible!!!! Tasted like something straight from a home kitchen. The service was also delightful! I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m craving a comforting home cooked meal.
The food was very yummy. My belly was nice and full after I finished eating. I ordered the ribs and sausage, coleslaw, and cornbread. The gentleman that took my order was extremely kind and hospitable. The indoor seating area at the time did not have the A/C working, it might have been out of order. This is a no-frills establishment.
