I loved my whole experience at Garrison, and that's what it is--an experience as much as a meal. I was seated in front of the kitchen, and it was fun to watch the team. Every bite was unbelievable. I recommend the truffle gougere as a snack to start!

Absolutely fantastic meal at the Garrison. I took my wife and adult kids out for a dual birthday celebration and the service and food was top notch. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered several starters and mains, including the ribeye. This is Texas, so I'm never surprised when the steak is good at a nice restaurant...the real surprises are in the flavors of the small dishes. The grilled oysters were superb. The Maitake mushroom side was incredible. All in all...
