I had one of the best birthdays of my life with my family at Rules and REGS ? The staff was beyond amazing ?? they gave us free shots for my birthday ? and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend i really enjoyed it ✨
During my recent visit to Rules & Regs on New Year's Eve, I was disappointed to find the place closed for a private event. Nice ambiance but the appetizers were a joke. Don't order the lobster tostadas if you want an actual tostada. They literally were a very , very, small mini round corn chip with tuna salad like lobster mush on them. Total rip off. We were told we couldn't sit outside because it was reserved for another party.
