An extraordinary "speak easy" tucked away behind a gold curtain in the Fairmont Hotel. Terrific, updated 1930s decor and live music complete the elegant atmosphere. Service is friendly, capable, and professional. Cocktails, with an emphasis on champagne, are excellent, if expensive. Room 725 is a beautiful spot with a panoramic view of the city. The drinks are delightful and everything we had was a treat ? especially the lobster claws and Caviar which had a sauce that was divine and the tuna carpaccio melted in a flavorful bite. I wouldn't order the vegan Caviar again. It reminded me of Boba and didn't have enough saltiness to mimic Caviar making it pretty bland.
