Room 725 is a beautiful spot with a panoramic view of the city. The drinks are delightful and everything we had was a treat ? especially the lobster claws and Caviar which had a sauce that was divine and the tuna carpaccio melted in a flavorful bite. I wouldn't order the vegan Caviar again. It reminded me of Boba and didn't have enough saltiness to mimic Caviar making it pretty bland. Also it's a champagne and Caviar bar so don't expect to leave full but you will have a delicious time.

An extraordinary "speak easy" tucked away behind a gold curtain in the Fairmont Hotel. Terrific, updated 1930s decor and live music complete the elegant atmosphere. Service is friendly, capable, and professional. Cocktails, with an emphasis on champagne, are excellent, if expensive. The projected theme of the venue is part champagne and caviar bar and part elegant cigar bar. The former part is accurate enough. The latter part is not, unfortunately. Room 725 sells heirloom, pre-embargo Cuban cigars from $75-$250 each. Truly impressive, in quality and cost. One can also bring cigars from home, if preferred. However, in a remarkable bit of irony, although cigars can be bought and brought, they may NOT be enjoyed in Room 725! That said, cigars may be enjoyed, NOT in Room 725, but down the hall, through another bar, and onto the rooftop terrace hundreds of feet from Room 725! This dichotomous bit of logistics involved is plainly ridiculous and needs to be remedied. Bottom line: Room 725 could be as wonderful as it claims to be. But it's not there. Not yet. Management will either need to accommodate the elegant cigar bar theme in full, or remove the cigars and the false premise that cigars may be enjoyed onsite. -Maxwell

The music was way too loud. This is a place to enjoy some caviar, champagne and quiet conversation in a very nice, intimate setting. The caviar selection was good. The presentation was good as well. The chef prepared a special dish for us with Iberico ham and it was exceptional!! Overall it was a delicious evening BUT the music was WAY too loud.
Definitely a must if you want a relaxing night out with a luxury feel experience. The waiter was the best ever! He was personable, informative of everything on the menu and all his suggestions were perfectly delicious! Champagne flight was 10/10!
Victor was our waiter and took care of our every need for the Celebration of our Anniversary. Our Greeting was wonderful, with a welcome drink, Cocktails were amazing (Smoked Old Fashion). Caviar and Champagne were awesome as well as the Japanese A5 Wagyu were all delicious. Finished everything up with a great chocolate and raspberry dessert. Everything was amazing at this restaurant which I highly recommend.

great drinks but very pricey for what you get. also great vibe. the service was terrible though. there was no hostess and 1 server for about 7 tables and he was trying to keep up but for that price it should have been on point.
Really wonderful staff and atmosphere! The woman on the piano was amazing and the staff were very professional and kind. The room itself is ornate and has a beautiful view of the city. Food and drinks are a little on the pricey side but everything is delicious and they don't skimp out on the alcohol! All in all, great experience!

This place is a lovely hidden gem, we truly enjoyed the experience right from the moment we checked in by being greeted with a welcome drink. Live music was fabulous and really added to the ambiance. Would highly recommend this place for evening champagne, or drinks and light food.

We had a wonderful evening at Room 725. This was our second time to visit and it was just as lovely as our previous visit. We love the specialized service of being greeted with a welcome drink and being led to your table. The art-deco elegant surroundings with the glass piano and live music add to the whole experience. Our server Victor made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Champagne selection and the caviar accompaniment were excellent. Austin has needed a place like this!
