I was confused walking in because I was expecting the atmosphere showed in other reviews but I guess they relocated. I was not disappointed in the slightest though! Delicious food and matcha with the cutest latte art, very friendly staff, and a great place to get some work done. They even have a printer which I didn’t use, but a nice thoughtful touch for sure. I will definitely be back!

We stopped by Genuine Joe Coffeehouse (Russell’s Bakery) and had a great experience. The chai latte and latte were both excellent, well-balanced, and very flavorful. The croissant and muffins were super delicious – fresh, flaky, and clearly baked with care. It’s also a very cozy place to spend time, relax, or catch up on some work. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and has that real neighborhood coffee shop feel that’s getting harder to find. We’ll definitely be back.

Genuine Joe Coffeehouse (Russell's Bakery) – Cozy spot with rich coffee, fresh bakes, and a warm neighborhood vibe!
My two favorite bakeries, just happened yo join forces and work together in one establishment! They are pure awesomeness. Love their community space and spirit.
The food was pretty good! I got the pozole soup and a seasonal chai which was really comforting. The staff is really nice. The atmosphere could be cozier but overall I will be back to this place because of their variety of coffee and pastry options and attention to dietary restrictions (they list the ingredients in all of their pastries).

Coffee was ok but basic, pastry was dry. No real atmosphere and images online dont match the venue so feels like they moved venue? Staff were freindly and dressed as pirates which was different but a place with coffee and bakery in the name it was a let down.

The coffee was a little too bitter for me, but that’s a personal preference. The space was interesting as it’s split into two separate units. Great workspace. The barista was very friendly. 👍

I have wanted to try this place for a while, but my first visit was awful. A random guy screamed slurs at me and my friends, and a worker told him to 'stop scaring the customers.' I left and went to another coffee shop.
I gave it another shot today, but the house coffee was just average, and the service was terrible. The cashier, with a nose septum and cut bangs, was condescending and rushed me to order, even though there was no line. She cut me off mid-sentence and seemed annoyed. I also overheard her treating a cook poorly. I won’t be back—this place needs serious improvements in customer service.
