The beverages are great! The customer service here though could improve. I ordered a drink and she said I couldn’t customize the ice which is weird because I always could before. I just requested less ice. Furthermore I requested boba to be added, but that wasn’t an option either … at a boba spot 😭. I was fine with paying extra for it but the lady didn’t acknowledge my request.

Best boba on Wampus by far. I go here at least once a week and the drinks are consistent and good! Customer service is good as well.

I ordered strawberry milk tea it is not that great

Service was unable to answer which ingredients their drinks had and was overall not warm at all. The drink I ordered was ordered with 30% sweetness and was so sweet it was barely drinkable.
Would not recommend.

Can’t stop craving their boba! Wish they dropped new flavors more often so I’d have even more excuses to swing by

I got the Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3Js @ 50% sugar. It's in between watery and creamy, making it a good light milk tea that won't make you feel so bloated. The tea flavor isn't really too strong, but the toppings (pearls, pudding, grass jelly) is quite nice. Pearls are more on the firmer side than soft and chewy. I like my milk teas to be stronger in flavor, but Gong Cha is not too bad especially if you want to get some decent boba. Compared to Moge Tea (which was 100% watery and mid as heck for it's higher prices), it's prices are good/fair. Will be coming by again to try a different kind to see 👁️👁️

Used to be my go to place but now the customer service is absolutely atrocious. Constantly sounds like you’re heavily inconveniencing the employees playing on their laptops or phones. Terrible attitude and not attentive. Completely forgot the mini pearls in the mini pearl strawberry milk tea, even after verifying the orders were correct. Even thought the small pearls would be at the very bottom after drinking all the other toppings but there were none !!

Great boba tea, very convenient location in Dobie. Amazing service!

The best matcha latte around. Take it with light sugar and regular ice, you will not be disappointed.

Genuinely such rude employees- I work in customer service so I understand but the girl was gossiping and then rolling her eyes the entire time I was ordering. and then my drink had 100% ice instead of 25% like I ordered and I didn’t realize that until after I left and didn’t even want to interact with the employees after that experience to get it fixed

High quality home made ingredients. Recommended.

The devil works fast, but these employees work FASTER!!! Never have I ever had speedier service. And the employees here are all SO pleasant, but I have to give a shout-out to Sam. Not only is he incredibly friendly, he is absolutely the best at making my drinks and giving recommendations. He and the other workers set the bar high for boba!

Employees are sooooo rude, they always look like someone is pointing a gun behind their head forcing them to work there, never received a single word of greeting, never seen a store have so many rude employees…

Typically a good experience however I ordered pickup on a very standard drink order and they cancelled it after 4 minutes. I go in person and they somehow can do it after all. Very irritating, don't order pickup from here ever.

Speedy service, and really good Lychee Oolong!
