A gem of this community, and a testament to the beautiful cuisine and hard work that immigrants bring to our Nation. The older Korean couple who operate this establishment are kind, thoughtful, generous and talented--the food is incredible.
The cashier and the owners are very kind! Food is very straightforward. The soondubu-jjigae with beef was very reminiscent of home food, it was flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The price was fair and the quantity was perfect for a filling meal! It was about $11.85 I believe with tax. The photo of the meal does not do the food justice, it tastes great I promise!Note: They do not take Bevo even though currently it says on the Bevo merchant site that they do

This tasty casual Korean food spot is hidden on the second floor inside the Dobie mall (above Target). It’s run by the same family for 30 years, and the food is every bit as good as I remember from undergrad. Unfortunately there isn’t any parking you have to walk or take the bus to get there. Great bulgogi, bimimbap, and spicy squid.
