Gong cha @ North RR620

Today is Tuesday. I went to the shop at 6 p.m. There was a female employee working, and I swear there were no other orders in the store except mine. But she took a very long time to serve me, to the point that I had to stand and wait at the counter. She literally saw me waiting and I could see that my drink was already finished, but she didn’t bring it to me at all. Instead, she calmly washed two glasses, rather than quickly giving me my order. She looked like she didn’t care at all. She clearly has no passion for customer service. I honestly never expected to experience service this bad. I’ve been to many Gong Cha locations, and the service everywhere else has always been great. So I don’t understand why the service at this branch is so terrible. To be honest, I won’t go back there with my friends again if that woman is still working there!!!!!

I love the Earl Grey Milk Foam. My daughter loves the Matcha Waffles. We go to Gong Cha nearly every week.

Very clean restaurant with helpful staff. There is a shelf with many board/card games on them, although not in the best condition. Service was quick and the drinks tasted great. A bit on the pricey side but an excellent shop overall.

I work next door and visit here frequently. Lyen and Kurt are always accommodating and have great customer service skills. They are always so quick and at the same time make the best drinks for me everytime. 5 stars and above!!

Gong Cha shops are usually a hit or a miss. This place is a hit for me. The drinks are great. But i think they need to improve the sweetness level consistency

Worst gongcha store by far, no customer service what so ever, ordered a honey lemon green tea with light honey and still came sweet enough to give you diabetes so I did something I never do I asked for it to be remade because it’s just too sweet… she told me that it’s pretty much premade sweetness so why do you have option for light honey? I told them I went to the domain goncha yesterday and yet they made it perfectly, so she went ahead and pretty much poured me the same mix and act like I wouldn’t know… I didn’t even complain about how my wife’s earl grey tastes like soap. I love goncha but will never come to this location ever again even if it’s the closest to our home.

Shout out to all the staff who worked last night and today. I left my wallet at their restroom yesterday and did not realize it until 1am. Came back to the store today and they were very kind keeping my wallet safe. My family loves coming to this store, the drinks taste great, affordable and we always get free drinks due to our rewards. Thank you to the team! ???

Super great boba as always! We ordered six drinks and were surprised at how quickly they came out!

Honestly, I was a little hesitant. I mainly went here for the ffxiv online collaboration event, but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were super helpful and pleasant to speak with, and the drinks were delicious!
