Delicious authentic boba. The pearls they use are perfectly sized, and they don’t clog the straw like other boba places. Would recommend!

My family and I got the mango passion fruit iced tea and the brown sugar milk tea and they were delicious. My kids mentioned that this particular location has made it the best so far out of all the Gonchas we have been to. The two workers were so friendly as well. Will definitely be back!

Coffee ☕️ was excellent I recently visited Gong Cha and was thoroughly impressed, especially by their Milk Foam Black Coffee. While Gong Cha is famous for its bubble tea, their coffee offering is truly a hidden gem. The Milk Foam Black Coffee I ordered was absolutely excellent. It was served at the ideal, hot temperature—clearly made with fresh, quality pressure—and topped with perfectly textured foam. The rich, smooth coffee and the creamy, slightly sweet foam were beautifully balanced, easily exceeding all my expectations. The Staff Truly Made the Experience However, what truly elevated my visit was the exceptionally friendly staff. Their enthusiasm and bright demeanor were infectious, creating a wonderfully welcoming and positive atmosphere. Their genuine care and top-tier service made my day. It’s rare to find such a combination of excellent product and truly personable service. Gong Cha delivers a fantastic experience, combining a delicious, expertly crafted coffee with some of the best, friendliest customer service around. Highly recommended!

The best!! I grew up in a city with a lot of Asian culture and this is by far a taste of home and the best boba in South Austin! Staff is also so quick and nice
This place has literally the best strawberry milk tea in Austin. The staff are so friendly and quick, I love it! My go-to order is Strawberry Milk Tea 30% sweetness, extra strawberry sauce and creme brûlée foam—It’s absolutely mando!! Even when they are busy (which is often) I’m so grateful the staff can quickly send out orders and I don’t need to wait long. I’m so grateful this place opened in South Austin so I don’t have to travel miles and likes for MID MILK TEA.
My only request would be if they can offer milk replacement options just because milk is so heavy on the body. Oat milk, almond milk, I would love to pay for the upgrade if they have this option in the future.

I have been coming frequently since they opened this location and it has been fantastic! The staff amazing and great quality made drinks. However, for the past month or two, I have noticed a decline in the way the drinks are prepared. So someone there, maybe a new employee (because this wasn't an issue before) is making the drinks severely watered down or lacking tea. I've reached the point where I am now starting to have to go to the north locations because I don't want to risk it . Consistency has never been an issue with the south location until recently.
