My first and only experience with Snap Kitchen was at the William Cannon location, and it was excellent. Online ordering and scheduling for same-day pick-up was easy, the meals were dated for consumption 5-8 days out, and the three I've tried thus far were delicious! Subscribing to weekly meals isn't in my budget, but it's a much healthier alternative to eating out without sacrificing flavor and a solid go-to for gift cards. So glad I tried it!
Editing as promised: I called the store the next day and spoke to Megan the manager, she was apologetic and refunded me the meals cost.
5 stars for how they handled the concern. 4 stars because it shouldn’t happened to begin with but mistakes happen.
Will definitely try them again.
