“The portions are large, and it’s worth around $40 for two. They also have a keto bowl too. I love to make my own bowl. I really like all options they have like the jalapeño is nice and spicy and the crispy onion and nori and seaweed just makes everything go well together. I got the salmon and tuna and they were cut into nice cubes size. I do wish they have more fish options but it was delicious.“

Meal Proz Health Food • $$
8711 Burnet Rd A-9, Austin

“I signed up for the weekly meal plan a few months ago and haven't looked back. The meals consistently taste great, offering solid macros and high protein options, plus the staff are really friendly. It's cheaper than the meal prep services you find online, and you actually know where the food is prepped and coming from. I've tried a few companies, and Meals Proz is by far the best. Highly recommend!“

Nutella Açaí Bowl

“Checked out this spot near my hotel when I was out visiting in Austin. Great vibes in there, huge menu selection to choose from. Wait time was not long, definitely a spot to work or just hang out. I order the "Goldie Mango" mango base with granola, banana, strawberries, and a drizzle of Nutella. I probably would ask for a tad bit more of Nutella because I love chocolate but it's my personal preference. Overall, the quantity of the bowl was worth for what you paid for. I will return back when in Austin again!“

“Local, family owned, locally based chain of delicious “bowl” food. Think Chipotle’s grown up and healthier sibling. My order is half arugula, half spinach, steak, mushrooms, edamame, avocado, and curried cauliflower. It was all so good I almost forgot about the sauce. The spicy peanut was a nice compliment for the curried cauliflower. My kids beg me to come here. It is healthy and yummy food for all.Dedicated lot for the strip plaza it is in.Excellent spot. Top of its game for what it is.Vegetarian options: Lentils, tofu, and amazing assortment of veggies. Will enjoy again soon!!Vegetarian options: I eat whole plant foods only, so I found plenty to love in their green grain bowl. I didn’t see meat alternatives, but I wasn’t looking for them either.Parking: Tons of easy parking in this strip mall.“

Nautical Bowls Health Food • $
1900 Aldrich St Suite 145, Austin

“The bases for the smoothie bowls are premixed with added sugar :( leaving this comment because I wish I had known in advance! People usually want a smoothie because they’re being health-conscious, not because they want to consume any more refined sugar.General Manager working was as sweet as the bowls though - kind, patient & considerate!“

For those navigating the challenging waters of dietary restrictions, Picnik shines as a beacon of hope and deliciousness. This modern café caters to a diverse array of dietary needs, including paleo, vegetarian, and especially gluten-free options, making it an ideal spot for individuals with celiac disease like my sister. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and inviting ambiance made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand our dietary needs, offering recommendations that were both safe and tantalizing to our taste buds. It's rare to find a place that so effortlessly accommodates such a wide range of dietary preferences with genuine care. The menu itself is a testament to Picnik's commitment to inclusivity and health. Not only were we treated to a variety of gluten-free options, but the availability of bone broth, an excellent selection of wines, beers, and artisanal coffees rounded out a menu that could satisfy any craving without compromise. The food, oh the food! Each dish was a masterpiece of flavors, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful presentation. It's evident that Picnik values quality and creativity, delivering dishes that are as nourishing as they are delightful. In conclusion, our visit to Picnik was nothing short of extraordinary.
