Bad service. I had to wait in a long line to pick up an order that had been ready and packaged for a while, simply because the incompetent employee can't do two things at once. It was a waste of time. I placed the order through the Uber Eats app. To the girl reading this, I'm the tall, shaved guy.

Used to be a 10-15 wait time during a crowd rush about 2-3 years ago. Maybe 20 max. Been here twice this year and each wait takes 30 minutes minimum. Super unorganized and just inefficient for what needs to be a fast paced environment. It wasn’t even crowded when I got here this time. Lady who took my order said the wait time would be 5-10 minutes by the way.
Edit: changing to 1 star. They actually didn’t get started on my order because the cashier is an unorganized mess. I asked for a refund. They gave it with zero apologies. Great staff. Food still looks good if you think the shitty service and long wait is worth it.
