If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Alex W was amazing. Friendly and had great timing. From food, to service, to drinks everything was 10/10!

Food and beverages were excellent, but service was slow considering the small number of customers.

Lovely spot. I liked the water carafe per table, and the flame was real. Laid back atmosphere-some larger tables, some smaller ones, and was lively but not too loud (I was able to read). The focaccia was fluffy and lightly flavored, Brussel sprouts flavorful, crunchy, and had a touch of salt. Tiramisu was unconventional, but I liked it. Rachel was lovely server-very nice, knowledgeable of the menu, and had great timing. They had a small bar, high top I believe, and a mix of tables and booths. Outdoor seating as well on the patio.

I had a great dinner at Gusto Italian Kitchen + Wine Bar — their hand-formed pasta and scratch desserts really shine, and the focaccia bread they serve as a starter is dangerously good. The Mussels and Charcuterie board we shared were well-executed and paired nicely with their wine selections.

The atmosphere is warm and intimate (neighborhood trattoria vibe), and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. Everything felt thoughtful — from the wine recommendations to plating. It’s the kind of spot I’d bring someone for a relaxing, quality Italian dinner.

After supporting this neighborhood restaurant for years (including deliberately getting take-out from them during the Covid lockdown days), my experience today has ended this commitment. I walked in for lunch and informed the host that I had made a reservation and acknowledged it clearly wasn't necessary (the restaurant was empty but for one seated table). The unpleasant man let me know there were no reservations.

I attempted to show him my phone with the confirmation email from Resy. He didn't look but said they had no reservations. I told him I knew it was important in those systems not to be recorded as a no-show for future reservations. He said he couldn't record anything because there was no reservation, then rolled his eyes, began walking away and told my friend and me to sit wherever we wanted. Then he continued to walk away shaking his head as though I were the most exasperating of customers.

Shame on him, whoever he is, for such behavior. We turned around, walked out, and I will not ever be back. I feel strongly about supporting local restaurants, particularly those in my neighborhood. Thankfully, there are plenty of others.

Gusto is a fave. The good abd second are consistently great and I love the atmosphere. We like to go here a long late lunch and glass of wine when time and schedules permit!

We had a pizza, it was delicious, and service was great. We didn't have a reservation and ate at the bar.

Update: Came a 2nd time and tried a few other dishes. I would come back for the pizza. Very good service again. We had a reservation for the patio by accident and they moved us inside by request.

We both agreed the spaghetti carbonara was tastier than the meatballs spaghetti. Pasta tasted homemade --wish the portions were slightly bigger. Would return l.

Gusto Crew is amazing. I did a reservation and asked for them to leave a single flower and a note on the table for my wife before we got there. They did not disappoint. Pizza is delicious, the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall just great place to take your Lady for dinner. They started our date night off just right! Thank you Gusto, and thank you to the server/Waiter that went out of his way to snag a flower from central market and write the note for my wife. You’re the greatest Glue Guy out here!

Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is light and chill, especially for a Italian place. A perfect date spot. The service is friendly. The food is delicious. Definitely get the charcuterie board of formaggio and salumi. The risotto is incredible as well. And both include seasonal flavors.
