Terrible experience. Asked for a large cake with an image of the spiky little blue hedgehog man on it with frosting that's his colors, that can feed at least ten or so people, with a layer of buttercream icing between the cake and all over.The lady behind the counter was nice and told us they can't use copyrighted images. She asked one of the cake decorators for us to confirm they can't print an image for our cake, and the decorator came out really mad and angry. Went like, "No Ma'am, we don't do that here! We're not allowed!" Kept saying it over and over after we already said it was okay and she was very rude about it.Shouldn't I be the one acting like a Karen right now? ???They offered to draw him instead and use his colors for the cake. The day we scheduled the cake to be picked up, they called us and went like, "Cake is ready for pick-up, we're sorry, we couldn't draw Sonic on it." Don't tell me this the day I needed the cake… When we got the cake, there was nothing Sonic-y about it. Just a plain, tiny white frosted cake with a blue border around it with "Happy birthday XYZ!" on it. Was the wrong size with the wrong price too. They corrected the price after we told them. There was also no buttercream in the middle. Really disorganized and messy service.At least, the rest of the bakery is always delicious and there's a lot of options. Always clean. The tres leches cake is super good... but I wouldnt reccomend ordering a personalized cake from here... hopefully my experience was a one time thing lol

Their cakes are wonderful and a fraction of the cost of any bakery. They are so kind and accommodating. No store does more, than my H‑E‑B. This is the best location by far.
