Every dish I tried was impressive from start to finish. I ordered the fried calamari, gyoza soup, a Longhorn roll, and surf clam sushi, and each item was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The sushi rolls were carefully made and tasted incredible, while the fish was exceptionally fresh, exactly what you hope for in quality sushi. The calamari was crisp and light, and the soup was comforting and well-balanced. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the ingredients...
I've been coming here for over a decade and the sushi is always great and the staff is always attentive and wonderful. Thank you Haiku for being my comfort food spot for all these years ❤️
Thank you to Sarah who always takes care of us when we stop in to grab some wonderful sushi at Haiku. A friend recommended Haiku to us and we've been coming ever since. We love the Austin roll and the Buda roll. Miso soup is always perfect and Sarah's wonderful service is what keeps us coming back.
