I placed an order through DoorDash, but upon arriving at the restaurant, they claimed they had not received it. I showed proof of the order, including confirmation from my bank that the payment was processed. I also contacted DoorDash, who confirmed that the order was sent to the correct restaurant and location.
Unfortunately, the staff on-site were unhelpful and seemed unaware of how to handle the situation. Despite apparently contacting the owner, no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer any alternative.
As someone who has been a loyal customer of Halal Bros for years, even supporting them through the pandemic, I expected a more customer focused response. The lack of ownership and accountability was disappointing, and it left a sour taste after what should have been a simple transaction.

They offer a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes, and our favorite is the lamb over rice plate. It’s consistently served with generous portions and a fresh side salad, making it a satisfying choice every time. Specially for take out.

Went at dinner time on a Saturday night, out of lamb kebob. Told me they have kofta but it will take 20 mins. Order kofta, 5 mins later. Sorry our cook checked and we are out of kofta. Who the hell do yall think you are Franklins? Man this place fell off. Used to be awesome.

Worst Halal Bros location by far. Two wraps took 45 minutes to make and you have to wait in a restaurant with no AC. Go across the street to falafel burger instead.

The food is great but the short man that cooks is super slow and definitely racist. I waited 30 mins for 2 rice bowls and I was the only one in the store at the time. Once people started coming in of course not black they waited no more than 5 mins for their food. I watched this employee take his lunch and come back and my 2 chicken rice bowls were still not done. Hire a faster cook because he is super super slow.
Overpriced and the food is subpar. I mean 15 bucks for a gyro wrap, no fries, and then the gyro isn't even that great?

There is nothing worse than stingy restaurants. I spent $100 on food asked for white and red sauce and received nothing not even one. I ordered 3 combo rice plates and 2 shawarmas, only to find we didn’t get a single sauce. What a joke!!
