I ordered chicken shawarma online and traveled 20 mins to pick up the food to know that they don't have chicken shawarma. Usually when this happen in other restaurants they would call and ask for replacement else provide refund proactively. Here they didn't call and told about the unavailability after I reached the place to pick up the food. I am yet to receive my refund.

I just watched the guy count out the lady's change (money) go to the back get on his phone then proceed to make our food.. absolutely disgusting!!! Never washed hands and returned to the front with his one white dirty glove

I was originally going to go to the Kabab Shop, but I didn't want to drive the extra 15 mins so I decided to have dinner here at Halal Bros, and I was disappointed. The young lady at the register was ok, but the cooks had very inappropriate language. I'm sure they didn't know we would understand what they were saying, but in short, profanity and other inappropriate language that I don't want to repeat. Additionally, I had a lamb kabab, but it was mainly just all meat and nothing else. The table where we chose to sit seemed clean at first, but the table was very greasy. Finally, I went to the restroom and it was not sanitary in the least. I'm not sure how this place keeps up with sanitation requirements, but tonight they were definitely not met. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this place.

Other than the fact it took 25 minutes from ordering to receiving our food, the lamb gyros were so delicious!!! Filled and crunchy. Full of flavor yumyumyum but the service was lacking ....empty restaurant but two of the same order took 25 minutes...for a fast food joint . ...

Serving sizes are abundant and why I keep returning. Their pita bread is delicious. Chicken and beef shawarma are both good. Gyro meat is amazing. Baklava is a delicious add-on!!! Last time when I ordered with doordash I didn't know the order arrived for 18 minutes and it was still piping hot when I opened it.

I accidentally ordered at this location, and I tried to call to cancel the order but I let the phone ring out and no one picks up the phone. There's no option to cancel the order or change the location online either. Overall, it makes for a very frustrating experience.
