Was driving home with my meal that I picked up started to open up the wrap and juice spilled all over me and my car, ridiculous soggy wrap, and furthermore, there were no napkins in the bag what kind of service is this? The only silver lining is that the juice reeks and is ruined my new car..

This has been one of my go-to comfort food spots for the last 3 years and the food has always been amazing.
BUT today I was sharing my rice plate with combo meat with my toddler and found a shred of aluminum embedded in a piece of lamb in the shape of a staple. I don't know if it somehow flaked off of one of their aluminum to-go containers or was aluminum from somewhere in the kitchen but it wasn't sitting ON the meat, it was curled INTO it. I'm just glad I was paying attention and it wasn't in a piece my kid was eating.

2024 update: $8.99 in 2018 to $16.99 in 2024 for the same beef shawarma over rice. Something doesn’t add up; that is an INSANE increase and way out of line with inflation. I used to eat here all the time, but now I haven’t been in years bc the prices are down right unbelievable.
2020 review: Always have been a big fan of the Bros, however I am disappointed by the recent $2 price increase. It feels like just a greedy cash grab. The food is still wonderful, but the value is now not what it used to be.

I’m not sure what’s going on here…and what happened to their old recipe, but this is NOT the gyros I remember from Halal Bros! It was extremely wet, and had absolutely NO flavor, the meat wasn’t seasoned and didn’t have the same texture gyro meat has. I couldn’t even pick it up and tried eating it with a fork. The onions were somehow stringy and the tomatoes were not fresh. For a $15 gyro with no side, I expected better. I ended up throwing it out, the parchment paper it was wrapped in, as well as the foil started giving way….a literal HOT MESS!

Gone to shit. Prices have pretty much doubled and portions halved. Just bought a $15 lamb schwarma wrap that was all bread and unbelievably thin. The $5 side of fries is hardly shareable anymore. Plenty of other places with better bang for your buck. Will not be returning.

They do not care about you. Tried to charge me $22 for a combo plate. Also they look at the phone ring but don’t answer, zero customer service. I called 4 times…. They weren’t even close to busy.

This was my first time ordering here and this place is great! I ordered take out online and ordered a gyro bowl. I ordered chicken and lamb. The food is so delicious and they give you American portions! Huge portions for good price. I’m happy with the spicy sauce, it’s extra spicy too and not like your typical basic hot sauce. In depth spicy flavor. Overall good experience, busy location but quick with service, staff up front were great and nice. Will be coming back for dine in.

I have ordered falafel rice bowl.rice is very plain don’t have any flavor, Falafel are over cooked. Didn’t like the oil they cooked. Hummus is tasty and fresh. They don’t have thahini sause for vegans. Ended up eating 15% of the bowl ?
