Everything is delicious, the tacos, charbroiled chicken and the beans are my favorites. On top of that the service is the best!
Best tacos
IT HARD TO FIND A GOOD BARBACOA WITHOUT 50% grease balls in taco and this place knocked it out the park.The tacos were presented well with thoughtful portions and baked potato's were yummy 😌The horchata had a weird after taste like stale so if that is fixed that would be great but other else than that I will be back for the great service and yummy food !

We absolutely loved the whole chicken. Best chicken I’ve had in a super long time. We really appreciated the cooked onion that came with it. The rice and beans tasted like they came from RGV! We will definitely be ordering again soon.

Papagallo Charbroiled Chicken is a great food truck with a variety of delicious options like a whole chicken meal, beef Gallo bowl, quesadillas, and tacos. The food is fresh, tender, and juicy with generous portions and good quality. The whole chicken comes with charro beans, a grilled onion, tortillas, rice, and two salsas. Service and hospitality are beyond expectations. They also have aguas frescas and the best fresh squeezed lemonade. Definitely recommended.
