I was a little concerned when the menu didn’t have prices. But the food itself is pretty solid. The chicken strips have good flavor by themselves with no sauce. The same can not be said for many chicken spots. I asked for the 3 piece, but was served four. So I’m not sure if I paid for 3 or 4, but with a side, two sauces and fries it was only $15 + tip. Mac & cheese was good, but not anything to write home about. But, I dipped in my Queso (one of the sauce options) and it was a home run. Service was friendly.

I called at 1:38 am and they advertise that they close at 2am. I asked to place a Togo order and was driving towards them only minutes away. She told me they close the kitchen at 1:30am. I let her know they need to advertise that then. They shouldn't put there hours open till 2am when they won't take orders past 1:30am. They should advertise the appropriate hours. I noticed that it was going to allow me to put an order in online but I only had cash. This to me is just bad business. Keep your hours of operations.

Ordered delivery through GrubHub. The chicken was good, though it was barely warm by the time I got it (not sure how much that can be helped when getting delivery). The pieces are a decent size (and I’m pretty sure they gave me an extra). Both the Honey Mustard and Avocado Poblano sauces were good.

There was only one person working the bar and waiting tables which created and extremely long wait time. When the food finally arrived, the fries were cold and I was missing a chicken finger. I spoke with the waitress about the concern, and she started she would bring me the missing item. Needless to say, I never got what I ordered.

Terrible customer experience here several times now. Food is ok, but the female that’s always working the bar has been rude to me several times. After the 3rd time, I think it’s worth leaving a review. Today she made me wait while she finished wiping down an EMPTY bar before she’d go check on my order. Then she chastised me for showing her my phone screen, so she could see my name. As if being efficient is somehow a problem for her? I don’t get it. I’d say that I hope she has a better day, but this seems to be her general demeanor every time I’ve gone over the last year, which won’t ever be again. Making a paying customer wait in your completely empty bar and being rude about it is not acceptable customer service. Pass on this place. Plenty of good food and bars downtown that don’t treat customers poorly.
Good that there was a vegan option, but the vegan wings and ranch were tasteless. Normal chicken box was underwhelming and cold. Expensive for what it is.
