Got original chicken sandwich (dry, not fresh ir flavorful), fries (old, not hot/fresh, greasy/soggy), and an “ooey gooey butter cake” that was DRY WHAT?? It was the opposite of an “ooey gooey” anything. Also flies outside indicate their grease trap needs cleaning— gross.

Legendary chicken and fries at a great price. I always get the nuggets and they never disappoint. Chicken seems juicer and crunchier than Chick-fil-A. Also some of the best fries I've ever had. 10/10 recommend the nuggets!

Rip off. Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches $5.99 and sides of fries $3.99 and side of Mac n cheese also $3.99. The chicken sandwiches were unremarkable with both Popeyes and Chic fil being superior imho. The issue is the condiment-sized Mac and cheese and french fries. What a rip off. Will not return.

I was so not expecting this place to surprise me the way it did!!! I travel a lot and try new places and sometimes get used to restaurants not caring about the quality of food they serve. Happy Chicks not only provided me with HIGH QUALITY chicken, but top tier customer service! Matt, was so kind, from beginning to end!! I even caught him helping a homeless man get food🥰🥰 instead of saying they can’t give food away! That alone made me a forever customer!! Then I bit into the chicken and was like “Wait, this is real chicken!!” It was hot, fresh, crispy and packed full of flavor! They’re also on the inKind app, and my entire meal cost $0.89 w/ rewards from inKind app. I will definitely be returning!!

My company ordered 15 chicken wraps and 15 chicken sandwiches.We asked that each box be marked and none were. So I had to open and sort 30 boxes. Not good customer service
The place was clean, the parking lot spotless, and service was quick. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side for tenders and fries — but the flavor, service, and experience make up for it. I’ll be back to try the spicy tenders next time. If you’re near Research Blvd, swing by and check them out. Your taste buds (and your mood) will thank you.

Used the drive thru. Took maybe 5 minutes. Good service, amazing food. No clue about all the bad reviews but then again I didnt dine in/ walk up to order. Blasts caines out of the water (except the sauce, but that is unbeatable). 10/10 will come again
