Wife and I stumbled upon this place, food was outstanding and very refreshing. Portion sizes were so good, not too crazy but not too little either. Quatro Tres Leches is a must try! You can tell that everything here isnt frozen. There is outdoor seating and they are very dog friendly so that's a plus.

I finally get the chance to try Hecho after really good remarks and this happens. I ordered delivery. Food was tasty, but I was highly disappointed in the amount of food given. I ordered enough beef fajitas for 3 tacos. I got more fajita veggies than meat. It was just enough meat for 1 taco.

Stopped in on our way to a concert, and we were greeted and welcomed immediately. Our waitress was lovely and kind, and the food was SO good. Lots of staples, but done just a little bit better than I've had before. Definitely worth stopping in.

Low key the best frozen classic in Austin, no joke. We’ve been coming here for the last couple of years and this a go to staple. Wether it’s to bring out of towners, family, work mates, or just to play cards on a Thursday— we love Hecho.

They have a dog friendly patio, amazing salsa (ask for spicy), fab margs, and great service. We love Samanta and it’s always a joy to see the owner (Monica) when she’s around!

Our favorite by far is the Platon de Mole- it is a must try. Three types of mole enchiladas. I challenge you to find better in Austin! (If this helps the review, I’m an Austin native and this is my fav Mexican restaurant in town). Other great options , both soups + all the enchiladas - especially if you like spicy! They’ve got you covered with phenomenal homemade sauce!

My meal here was a 45 minute love affair. Start to finish I could not have had a better experience. Went with the special chile relleno and a margarita with the recommended tequila. The flavors are incredible and nuanced with a presentation that shows they really care about their quality and product. The two ladies that waited on my table were amazing and, for the price, this place is a steal. This will be my go to spot whenever I’m back visiting Austin.

Really good spot! Delicious and well cooked, authentic mexican meals, not greesy or overly cheesy texmex. This was my first time coming and I was super impressed with the chili relleno and chili de Nogada. I ll be back! Appreciated the patio and water for my dog. Service was top notch!

Had some of the best Mole` !
Wonderful balance of favors. Everything was so fresh and delicious that we returned Sunday for breakfast/brunch. We weren't disappointed! Huge portions!

Samantha was so attentive and friendly that her and my wife were trading pics of their "fur babies" before we left. Samantha even surprised me with a birthday ? cake after my wife had offhandly mentioned we were in Austin celebrating my birthday.
