Best Indian/ Nepalese in the whole state of Texas...yeah I said it. I've been to India, lived in London, and San Francisco (all hot spots for Indian food). For around 16 bucks at the lunch buffet you are going to get a wide selection of expertly seasoned, marinated, stir fried, and stewed Nepalese dishes.
