I was incredibly happy that A+A was not murdered by the covid reaction. They transitioned from a good-sized sit-down restaurant to a take-out place, but their food did not suffer. True Sichuan cuisine, and it's fantastic!Pork & Mustard Greens, Cumin Beef, and Green Beans w/ Garlic are our mainstays. I do ask them to make everything appropriately spicy, which I highly recommend!Their soups, dumplings, and noodles are very good, but they really shine with their meat and veg entrees....read full review
Authentic Chinese food for sure but a bit too much salt. Would be perfect if cut salt by 2/3. Delicious but we had to rinse the food with a bowl of water (common Chinese Chinese food lol) we had a Cold Noodles (so good! Esp the peppercorn oil! But too much sauce, will do sauce on side next time), salt and pepper shrimp and a Pea Leaves. All very authentic just the salt control. 师傅盐少放点哈，味道很棒，但有些菜得涮水吃哈哈
