My favorite. I’ve been coming here since day 1 and although things change, (brewers, marketing, GM) this place is my Mecca. They recently brought back 3 classic beers that remind me of the days. If they add Bent Wilkie back, Austin is in big trouble!

The beer and people are excellent! Vegan options are impossible chicken, credo queso, and salads with the appropriate dressing. There is impossible burger where buns use egg wash. Beer is great! Very similar food to the shared-owner restaurant next door, Better Half. There is a nice upstairs space for rent.

Ever had an experience where you just needed to leave a great review. I was expecting simple pub fare, but was blown away by their Chana Masala Frito Pie (and vegan). So come here for great beer and great beer. Need to grab another pint now because that was delicious and spicy

Your food will come out cold, the guy with a beard who delivers to your table is rude, and it's pretty over priced for what it is.
If the service and staff could improve, it COULD be a lot better.
Typical Austin establishment with some very entitled employees. A few really ruin it for the rest.
30$ for a burger fries and a beer, it should at least come out semi warm and not cold.
Love that the staff who delivered it argued with me that it came out fast. Dude with a beard working day shift is dragging this place down. He's gotta go.

The parking is across the alley way and in front which was adequate. The bar area is great. The bartenders were very pleasant and helpful. They offered suggestions and samples. I had the rip cord west coast ipa which was good albeit not a true west coast ipa. This was more of an American ipa. I also had full sample size of the saison which is tasty. Also the liquid TV hazy was drank. It was tasty. The decor is of the place is nice and the menu seemed appropriate. The beer selection was extensive. I would return here!
