French gastropub with cozy vibes and incredible pommes frites. Their burger is a hidden gem.

Clean. Good service. Not great service. Food was 7 of 10. Beers were the highlight. Good beers.

Service was weak. Had to ask twice for coffee. No salt and pepper shakers on the table. Brought a salt shaker to me that was clogged and unusable. Not impressed food was so so.

French inspired pub. One of the best burgers in Austin, and Ratatoullie is great, especially if you add an egg poached in the dish. Makes me hungry just thinking about it. Of course they have escargot, salad nicoise, and steak frites. Sit in the bar, grab a little table inside, or try the back patio with a group. Bartenders and kitchen do great work, and for years this has been one of our favorite spots for a casual night out. Always good.

Four of us went there for brunch on Sunday, 7/6/25. Loved the atmosphere, service and food. Will definitely be back!

One of the most unique and thoroughly enjoyable places I have been... I know I have been out a lot like others but... Forgot to take pictures of most of the dishes, but I will say the best way to experience this place is to bring 3 other friends that you would be comfortable sharing dishes with, order 4 or 5 of the entrees, a bottle of wine, two desserts, and maybe a few dessert type Liquors and have at it. Food was really wonderful, flavorful (we had duck, mussels, salmon, beef tartar) and a great way to taste several dishes without too much of one thing. Atmosphere was VERY laid back, regular Austin people having an enjoyable evening! Thanks!

Large variety of interesting beers on draft, also classic cocktails. Lovely, french inspired vibes.

Tucked away and a random find. We got the escargot, tomato and burrata, french onion soup, steak with a friend to split while catching up and seriously everything wa so good.

I love dining at the bar at Hopfields. The food is exceptional, perfectly seasoned, cooked, and really French. My boyfriend is a chef. We have tried several things on the menu and are continually impressed. The chicken pate is over the top ~ I love Bryce..as A mixologist and Bartender He is extremely knowledgeable and creative with his suggestions and information about all things Liquor..we love him...

Truly a wonderful spot for high-quality French food, and a relaxed comfortable atmosphere.

Staff is great and attentive. We always like to sit at the bar for the quickest service.

It’s a large place, but the individual rooms make it feel cozy.

Absolutely must order the chicken, liver mousse, if that’s your cup of tea, it’s to die for here. Also recommend the tartare and salad nicoise.

Although parking is limited, there is neighborhood street parking available.

It was my mother's 85th birthday, she had been there for lunch and wanted to return for her big day. She enjoyed her food, and the service was great, as was the ambiance. Great experience, thank you.

Had reservations for Father's day, sat outside even though there were open tables inside. Waited over an hour, never received our food. Also our water got hot!

How can a business have reservations for Father's day, then only have 2 waitstaff & 2 people in the kitchen??

Will NEVER go back!

Abysmal service and reservation don't mean anything as we reserved a inside table but we're made to sit on the patio even though there were inside tables available. We ordered food and it did nit arrive at 40 minutes so we decided to leave after being outside to long in the heat.

Prettiest date night spot, never had a bad meal here. Steak tartare is my favorite, beef cheek bourguignon is a must in fall/winter. I look forward to the season just because I get to eat that dish! Friendly faces and nice service with tasty food.
