Well, it wasn't the food experience we expected from the hype and history. The place and people were really nice and clean. There just wasn't smoke flavor on the meats. The ribs had zero bark. We had to use a knife on the brisket😬. The sausage was juicy, but very crumbly. The sides were good and honestly, the mac n cheese had more smoke flavor than the meats😅. $55 later, it's not for us, but we tried it.

From the patient staff to the patient person smoking the meat, this place does everything right!! Just like you can't rush a good smoke, you shouldn't rush a customer and the guys behind the counter helped each customer with patience, laughter and knowledge.
