This unique spot is a hidden gem, praised for being one of the best burger places in Austin. Diners have enjoyed the escargot, salad niçoise, French onion soup, and steak frites, all of which are described as exceptionally good. The food is noted for being perfectly seasoned and cooked, with a truly French flair. The chicken pâté is a standout dish, while duck, mussels, salmon, and beef tartare have also received high praise. The bartender, Bryce, is recognized for his knowledgeable and creative cocktail suggestions. The restaurant is ideal for casual nights out and special occasions, such as an 85th birthday celebration. Although parking is limited, neighborhood street parking is available, making it accessible for diners looking to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with quality French food.
