“This is one of the best retro bar experiences you will find in Austin. They have great drinks, pool, shuffleboard and delicious bar food. Their fried pickles with jalapeño ranch are in the top 3 we've ever had. Be careful though, the breading is thick and retains oil so they are molten lava out of the fryer. Their chopped cheese and hot dogs are also great.“

“I was just in the area and I would say this is probably one of the best tacos I’ve had in Austin in a while. I got the Pastore tacos times two, and it was so good. I had to contemplate whether I should get another one, but I stocked myself. Definitely a hidden gem. It’s right across coffee cartel, which I will probably make a review on them as well but overall the experience is really good in total. I think I paid about nine dollars with tip for two tacos 😇“

“I brought in a group of 17 seniors and we all had an excellent experience at the Delray Cafe. Zeev and Rivka, the owners, were exceptionally nice and accommodating and made everyone in our group feel like VIPs! The service was prompt and the food was very good.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Must-Try for Chicago Dog Fans! We had an awesome lunch from Midway Dogs, a Chicago-style food truck that absolutely delivers on flavor and authenticity. The Chicago dogs were spot on—delicious, perfectly made, and just like you’d expect from the Windy City. On top of the great food, we had the pleasure of chatting with the co-owners, Bonita and James. They’re incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. It felt more like catching up with friends than ordering lunch. Can’t wait to go back for more amazing food and conversation. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving a true taste of Chicago!“

“Beautiful tacos, reminiscent of my hometown in the RGV. I personally love the bistec tacos and the chile con tocino. I’ve tried the birria as well but it wasn’t up my alley, there was too much cheese in my opinion. Cost wise, I think these are wonderfully priced! Tacos El Pariente is def worth a visit.“

“Taco break is a food truck that is always outside the front door of Lowes. They have a little bit of everything. Tacos, hotdog, burgers, tortoise. I like the street tacos and have gotten a small hotdog as well, which are decent. And they’re reasonably inexpensive. Not Costco cheap, but still pretty cheap.“

“I first tried T-Loc’s in 2015, when I was in my final semester at TXST, and an apprentice to a business in ATX. My mentor brought me to T-Loc’s after a tough week and since, it’s become one of my favorites! I’d never had a Sonoran hotdog or anything like it and couldn’t believe I’d been missing out! The food is ALWAYS fresh, delicious and consistent. I love this place so much that I hired T-Loc’s to cater a private, professional event in October 2024 and I don’t have enough positive things to say. Miguel and his team are incredibly professional, timely and efficient. This was my first event to plan and execute all on my own and naturally, when last minute obstacles popped up, Miguel stepped in and he quite literally saved the day. I’m so grateful for this amazing team and all they did for me to ensure the event was a success, means the world. As long as I’m breathing, anytime I’m in ATX, a T-Loc’s trip is on the docket!“
