I recently tried a panini that left me disappointed. It only had one slice of prosciutto and was not grilled or toasted, which affected the overall taste and texture. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service, as the employee didn't say a word to me and was engaged in a conversation with someone else while taking my order. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.
Exceptional panini. ‘Clasico’ was perfectly seasoned, mozzarella and tomato were both beautifully fresh and had balsamic in just the right amount. Bread fresh, soft and light. Honestly one of the best things I ate in Austin. I was lucky to be there when it was quiet, so there was barely any wait.
They offer a variety of mouthwatering panini options, and we had the opportunity to try their cheese panini, chicken panini, Il Barton, Della Casa, and Texas Style.The standout favorite is the Della Casa. The combination of high-quality ingredients, homemade pesto, and balsamic, and the clever use of flavors and textures made it a memorable and satisfying gourmet treat.Their bread was perfectly grilled, resulting in a warm and toasty exterior that provided a satisfying crunch....
